The University Galleries and the department of visual arts and art history at Florida Atlantic University will present the annual Juried Student Art Exhibition from Friday, February 10 through Saturday, February 25 in the Ritter Art Gallery on the Boca Raton campus, 777 Glades Road. An opening reception will take place on Thursday, February 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. The reception and exhibition are free and open to the public.
The Juried Exhibition is open to all FAU students who may submit up to three works each. Natalie Frank earned her B.A. from Yale University and M.F.A. from Columbia University. Her work has been shown both nationally and internationally in galleries that include Mitchell-Innes & Nash, New York; National Academy Museum, New York; and Hezi Cohen Gallery, Tel Aviv, Israel.
Hilary Harkness received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and her M.F.A. from Yale University. Her works have been shown at the Mary Boone Gallery, New York; the Hauser & Wirth Colnaghi Gallery, London; and the Daniel Weinberg Gallery, Los Angeles.
