The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is kicking off summer with a new, free virtual audience participation dance session. Part of the Broward Center’s All Abilities Series, Summer Dancing in the Sand! is led by teaching artist Tara Goodman who will take the audience through an exciting dance celebration with music that will have viewers on their feet.
No experience is needed as Goodman takes the audience through dance moves step-by-step. The session is open to the public, and the audience is encouraged to bring sunglasses and hats to dance in the comfort and safety of their homes or outdoors. The Zoom link to join the session is available at Broward Center’s website at https://www.browardcenter.org/events/detail/all-abilities-series-summer-cancing-in-the-sand
This free virtual event for the neurodiverse community is made possible through the generous support of The Taft Foundation. Special thanks to UM-NSU CARD for their continued in-kind support.
