10/17 - 8th Annual Halloween in the Hammock at Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, 1801 N Ocean Blvd, Boca Raton. Spooky stroll through forest and sea. Costumes welcome (no swords, spears or other pointy props, please). Space is limited. Ages 6 to adult, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Walks depart every half hour 6:30-8:30 pm. 6:30-9 pm. Advance: $10/members, $15/non-members. Walk-ins: $20/person. Reservations: 544-8615; gumbolimbo.org
