The cargo ship that was sunk as an artificial reef on July 13 features plaques honoring Tequesta teens Perry Cohen and Austin Stephanos, who were lost at sea last summer, and Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Fernandez Jones, his sone Jaden, and Willis Bell, who drowned when their boat capsized during a fishing trip in April.
