Chloe Anderson Downe and Duncan Graham Wells were married on the beach at The Ocean Club on April 27. The date was exactly six years from the day they first met at the University of Virginia. Chloe lived in Ocean Ridge between 1993 and 2001 and graduated from Gulf Stream School. Her father, Hugh Downe, is a 20-year resident of Ocean Ridge.
