Members of United States Submarine Veterans, South Florida Base, present a plaque of appreciation to Jaimin Stilley, manager of Snappers Seafood and Wine Bar in early November. The group meets at 11 a.m. on the second Saturday of each month and encourages other submarine veterans to join. Snappers — 398 N.
