Surf Festival: Public beach, Delray Beach – Nov. 10

More than 200 participants and volunteers enjoyed family-oriented competition in surfing, paddleboard and tug-of-war events. All proceeds were donated to benefit Delray Beach Ocean Rescue lifeguards.
