Snow Bird Season

7960636076?profile=originalBeachgoers crowd the shore along Delray Beach in February. Even beyond the beaches, the signs of 2016’s tourist season are hard to miss. According to the Palm Beach County Tourist Development Council, visits to Palm Beach County rose to a record 6.6 million in 2015, up from 6.3 million the year before. That translates into $46 million in bed taxes, $7.6 billion in economic impact and more than 66,000 jobs. Tim Stepien/The Coastal Star
