Rotary Club of Delray Beach President Fred Bonardi passed the gavel to President-Elect John Fischer and thanked members for their exemplary service during the 2016-17 season. Ernie Simon was recognized for 50 years of perfect attendance. Roger Caine was awarded as Rotarian of the Year. Betsy Owen, who received an Outstanding Achievement Award, recognized all of the women in the club, as Rotary is celebrating 30 years of female participation.
