The Rod & Gun Club of Florida had its annual Kentucky Derby party at the Gulf Stream home of Bob and Jane Souaid. More than 100 members and guests sported large-brimmed hats and colorful attire to watch the 143rd Run for the Roses. Folks cheered on Always Dreaming to his Derby win. A gorgeous sunset provided the backdrop for the fireside champagne and buffet dinner. Club President Stephen Jara put on an event to remember, accentuated by cool weather and a near-full moon.
