Jan. 30:  'Empowerment Through Resilience' is the theme of the annual event that will feature keynote speakers Ashley Waxman Bakshi (content creator and entrepreneur) and Olga Meshoe Washington (author and community builder), and moderator Liz Schrayer (a business consultant based in Washington D.C.).
