Endless, the 43-foot Bristol sailboat that came ashore during windy weather on March 3, was finally removed from the beach in Ocean Ridge on May 4. Numerous inflatable floats and three Sea Tow boats were used to lift and tow the sailboat off the sand. The process took two days and at times drew at least 50 spectators.
