The oceanfront building design (located just north of Gulf Stream) shows five stories facing A1A and six stories (incuding penthouse units) facing the ocean. The plan calls for 34 multi-family units on the oceanfront parcel. Viewed from A1A the maximum building height would be almost 81 feet. The plans are still being reviewed by the county.
