New plan emerges on former Sea Horse site

Phase I plans for ‘4001’ (formerly called Sea Horse Bath Club) have been submitted to the Palm Beach County Planning & Zoning Department by OK Seahorse LLLP. The oceanfront building design (located just north of Gulf Stream) shows five stories facing A1A and six stories (incuding penthouse units) facing the ocean. The plan calls for 34 multi-family units on the oceanfront parcel. Viewed from A1A the maximum building height would be almost 81 feet. The plans are still being reviewed by the county.
