Ralph ‘Buddy’ Butler from Suez Utility Service Corp., of Perry, Georgia, puts the finishing touches on Highland Beach’s new logo on the west side of the town’s water tower. The seal updates the one that was first introduced almost 20 years ago and is now more modern and slightly less cluttered in appearance.
