Memorial paddle-out — Lake Worth Beach — Feb. 8

Dozens of surfers paddled to the south end of the William O. Lockhart pier at Lake Worth Beach on the morning of Feb. 8 to honor the late surfing icon and orthodontist John ‘Chummer’ McCranels, who died Dec. 26 at age 81.
