The Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce welcomed 130 to its annual affair, where Cathy Balestriere took the oath of office as chairwoman. Balestriere received the gavel from Kelli Freeman. ‘With all of the dynamic growth going on in our business community, 2017 is a very exciting year to be a Chamber member,’ Balestriere said.
