Neil Austrian, chairman and CEO of Office Depot, gave a glimpse into the future at the monthly gathering of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. Austrian explained how the failed merger between Office Depot and Staples helped the company strategize with Office Max more efficiently and said the deal is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
