More than 150 supporters, along with an army of tiny ‘workers,’ celebrated the ground-breaking of the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County’s new Literacy Center for Education, Training and Outreach. To kick off the construction, a group of little ones from the Family Literacy Program in Belle Glade donned construction hats, tools in hand, and helped build a miniature model of the new facility.
