7960797698?profile=originalBoynton Beach showed off its latest effort to help people with disabilities with its EZ Kayak Launch at Harvey E. Oyer Jr. Park on the Intracoastal Waterway. The EZ Kayak Launch, which provides a lift in and out of the water, cost $58,870 to purchase and install. Boynton Beach received $28,500 through a Florida Department of Environmental Protection Recreational Trails grant. The balance was paid through the city’s Park Impact Fund.
