Highland Beach: Illumination Awards

7960932267?profile=originalPlace of Hope’s second recognition ceremony on Jan. 28 at St. Lucy Catholic Church honored local leaders in law enforcement as well as elected officials. Keynote speaker Liza Smoker discussed human trafficking, one of the nonprofit’s focus areas.
