The Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners proclaimed Oct. 15 as a day of recognition for the impact of the nonprofit sector, which included the 10th Annual Hats Off Nonprofit Awards. The proclamation paid tribute to Nonprofits First for its commitment to building a stronger nonprofit community. A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Legacy of Giving Award to John and Julie Kime.
