In conjunction with National Garden Week, the Boynton Beach Garden Club sponsored a program designed for children grades two through five. The hands-on workshop Do You Want a Green Thumb? was presented at the Boynton Beach City Library and included an array of educational information on gardening. The club provided plants, pots and seedlings for each child. The children took home their potted plants along with instructions on how to care for them and watch them grow.
