O’Boyle has been seeking a building permit from Gulf Stream since April 2017 for a 12-foot-wide structure he first called a “dock” and later a “promenade.”<br />Town code prohibits docks wider than 5 feet.<br /><em>— Steve Plunkett</em></p></div>
