Renovation work by DPR Construction began at the Virginia and Harvey Kimmel Milagro Junior Teen Leadership Center, as the Milagro Foundation adds a third location. The center will offer cultural arts and academic programs to economically disadvantaged children aged 11 to 14. The mission is to offer a special place of comfort and support for middle school students.
