Delray Beach: Heavy rains require use of outflow pipe, again.

Oct 20, 2020 - Due to heavy rain, the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment & Disposal Plant has requested the use of the city's outflow pipes. Therefore, reclaimed water will be temporarily unavailable to customers east of I -95. We apologize for the inconvenience.
