The Boca West Children’s Foundation came to the rescue of the Fuller Center and the Volen Center, providing funding to help the two nonprofits launch their new Intergenerational Project. The project is a full-time early education program at the Volen Center where seniors and children interact and enhance each other’s lives. Because of the foundation’s $13,000 donation, as of Oct. 3 a total of 12 children now have the opportunity to experience the enrichment.
