Roberto Coin jewelry, in partnership with Hamilton Jewelers and Purist magazine, honored Audrey Gruss, founder and chairwoman of the Hope for Depression Research Foundation, during an afternoon of shopping and sipping to raise funds for the nonprofit’s mission — delving into the origins, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of depression and related disorders. Gruss founded the organization in 2006 in memory of her mother, Hope, who suffered from the illness. To date, Gruss has helped direct more than $40 million to 125-plus research grants.
