The Faulk Center raised awareness about mental health amid the COVID-19 crisis with a livestreamed event on Facebook. Butterflies symbolize transformation and renewal and represent hope and strength for people struggling with mental illness. ‘Understanding the impact of the pandemic on mental health, and on those with serious mental illness, is critical,’ said Jonathan Price, the center’s CEO.
