Boca Raton Rotary Club Past President Doug Mummaw and Rabbi Merle Singer attend the OPAL (Outstanding People and Leaders) Awards nomination ceremony in advance of the 15th annual OPAL Awards Gala, set for Jan. 19, 2013.
