    Gary - Thanks for your feedback. We decided not to include that one since it wasn't technically in the "downtown" area... but you are correct. There are condos planned for that location.

    I think you missed one - The property across from the Boca Beach Club - This was recently sold to Key International and I understand they intend to build condos there.   Comments?
