Braving a record-setting cold snap, Boca Raton couple Andrew Hance and Veronica Wilkins endure near-freezing conditions at the beach to have some engagement photos taken by Boca Raton resident Alexia Abreu and her friend Justin Lara (below). ABOVE: Hance and Wilkins were drenched by a wave that caught them and Abreu by surprise.
