Annual meeting: Delray Sands Resort, Highland Beach — Feb. 22

The Bel Lido Property Association, which represents a neighborhood of 112 oceanfront residences, featured two guest speakers: Highland Beach Town Manager Valerie Oakes and Police Chief Craig Hartmann. Board President Ron Brown introduced them to the 120 in attendance. Safety and improvements were discussed.
