Celebrating its first anniversary, Angel Moms, a support group of Place of Hope at the Haven Campus in Boca Raton, welcomed 100 supporters of foster-care children to an event that featured a guest speaker addressing the topic of human trafficking. ‘By providing women with a nurturing place to go and choices for their futures, we interrupt the patterns that lead them to be in vulnerable, dangerous situations,’ Executive Director Charles Bender said.
