Traffic rules down the drain in PBC

Right turn on red AFTER stop? Gone! Be careful crossing the street at an intersection as likely cars will disregard the red light and clip you in the crosswalk.  Even municipal vehicles must be permitted to bypass this rule as they are easy to spot blowing through red lights. Turn left on a red light or skip past a stopped school bus must be ok as well as these breaches are commonplace nowadays. Stand at any intersection and watch for yourself as our traffic laws have been tossed out the window. No enforcement equals no consequences. It is popular among many to blame the elderly or immigrants but see for yourself who flagrantly commits the violations while endangering pedestrains and other drivers. Is this a benefit of what some call the "free state"?
