I am a local resident and I absolutely love the Coastal Star. It is the BEST local paper I have ever seen and should become a model of good taste and good newspapers.
I just returned from an errand to locate greenery for our condo Holiday Party and I was amazed to find just what I wanted plus a wonderful situation.
Next to the Woolbright Market there is a tent FILLED with the most gorgeous fresh fragrant trees!! Besides trees they have made MANY large fresh green wreaths and boughs.
BUT THIS IS THE REASON I'M WRITING TO YOU. THERE ARE LARGE STACKS OF BEAUTIFUL FREE GREENERY, BRANCHES CUT FROM THE TREES. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TAKE WHAT YOU WANT AND PUT SOMETHING IN THE DONATION BOX!
THE OWNER DONATES TO MANY MANY LOCAL CAUSES: COLLEGES, HEALTHCARE, SALVATION ARMY, AND A LONG LIST OF OTHERS.
THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE WERE SO NICE AND WERE DOING SUCH A NICE JOB.
