SPEED LIMIT SIGNS IN OCEAN RIDGE

I LIVE IN OCEAN RIDGE  WITH TWO YOUNG KIDS, SO  I APPRECIATE THE SLOW SPEEDS POSTED IN AND AROUND MY HOME , BUT THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS GUEST OF MINE THAT GET PULLED OVER COMING INTO OCEAN RIDGE ON OCEAN AVE AND RECIEVING SPEEDING TICKETS. FROM THE TIME YOU HIT THE OCEAN AVE BRIDGE  HEADING EAST THERE ARE NO POSTED SPEED LIMIT SIGNS TO A1A , AND IF YOU ARE HEADED NORTH  THE FIRST 35MPH SIGN IS JUST PAST THE  BEACH ENTRANCE . I AM AWARE OF 4 DIFFERENT SPEEDS POSTED IN OCEAN RIDGE 10 MPH 25 MPH 30 MPH AND 35 MPH ,SO HOW CAN A VISITOR KNOW WHAT THE LEGAL SPEED LIMIT IS ?   ALSO THERE ARE THREE 30 MPH SIGNS LEAVING OCEAN RIDGE  FROM A1A TO THE OCEAN AVE BRIDGE .  SO WATCHING OUR PD SHOOTING RADAR ON OCEAN AVE JUST DOESN'T SEEM FAIR TO VISITORS TO OUR GREAT TOWN.
