While working in Gulf Stream for the past 30 years, I have gotten to know many residents and have had the pleasure of helping them with their homes. I own Coastal Property Management and have built my reputation from years of excellent, honest, and dependable service.  I like to be involved with all aspects of managing a property from inspections, handyman work, contracting/screening service personnel to obtaining bids and day to day upkeep of the properties to which I am entrusted. Any emergency that an owner may have, I am the first and only call that they make. I am in Gulf Stream daily so I am only minutes away when owners need me.
