Palm Springs, FL (July 20, 2026) – Pace Center for Girls Palm Beach, a second-chance school dedicated to providing girls and young women with opportunities for a better future through education, counseling, and advocacy, proudly announces the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors: Thomanisa Noble-Ash, Sheila Roux, and John Tull. They join the organization’s existing 11 board members, bringing the 2026-2027 Board of Directors to 14 members under the continued leadership of Board Chair Javid Khan.
Thomanisa Noble-Ash
Each of the new board members brings extensive professional expertise, leadership experience, and a shared commitment to strengthening the lives of girls and young women throughout Palm Beach County. Their diverse backgrounds in healthcare, commercial real estate, higher education, business development, and community engagement will further strengthen Pace Palm Beach’s mission and strategic vision.
Thomanisa Noble-Ash is a speech-language pathologist whose career has spanned public and private schools, healthcare settings, and the juvenile justice system. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to supporting children, women, and families through education, advocacy, and mentorship. An active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and several professional organizations, Noble-Ash is passionate about empowering girls, women, and single mothers through guidance, resources, and encouragement.
Sheila Roux
Sheila Roux serves as Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, where she specializes in marina and shipyard property transactions throughout Florida, the Caribbean, and beyond. Before her commercial real estate career, Roux spent 17 years coaching collegiate women’s basketball, including 12 years at the Division I level. Her extensive leadership experience, community involvement, and commitment to mentoring young women make her a valuable addition to Pace Palm Beach’s Board.
John Tull
John Tull currently serves in business development at Florida Atlantic University, bringing more than two decades of experience developing partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing teams across collegiate and professional sports organizations. Throughout his career, Tull has remained actively involved in nonprofit leadership, youth mentorship, education initiatives, and community fundraising. His longstanding commitment to creating opportunities for young people to succeed makes him an ideal addition to Pace.
