Letter to the Editor: SAFE urges traffic improvements
At SAFE’s urging, the Atlantic Plaza redeveloper agreed to the following:
1. Minimize traffic on Atlantic Avenue, particularly at the Atlantic Avenue Bridge, and north of Northeast First Street on Seventh Avenue;
2. Encourage the city to use it
