Laugh with the Library, Chapter 6
Tickles Delray Beach’s Funny Bone
On Friday, February 3, 2012 the Delray Beach Public Library will once again host the unusual and exciting Laugh with the Library, Chapter 6 event at the Delray Beach Marriott. This year the evening will feature the non-stop comedy of stand-up comedian Sebastian Maniscalco whose recent Showtime comedy special was a smash hit. All monies raised at this fun-filled evening will be used to enhance programs and materials for children and teens.
Delray Beach residents and Library Board members Becky Walsh & Heidi Sargeant will serve as co-chairpersons for this creative and casual fun-filled night of comedy, cocktails, and supper-by-the-bite.
Television news anchor Suzanne Boyd, of WPEC, CBS 12 has graciously agreed to be the Mistress of Ceremonies for this signature Library event. A resident of Delray Beach and frequent Library user, Ms. Boyd understands the value of this incredible community resource.
