Lang Realty Continues Growth with Acquisition of

Reback Realty’s Manalapan Office Location

 Lang Realty, one of the dominant real estate companies in South Florida (www.langrealty.com), announced the completion of a deal with Reback Realty to acquire its Manalapan office.  Reback Realty will continue to focus on its high-end success in Palm Beach and Lost Tree Village.  The office is located at 277A South Ocean Boulevard in the Plaza Del Mar shopping center across from the Ritz Carlton Hotel, which is soon to be renamed the Eau Palm Beach Resort. 

 

“Now that Lang Realty has established itself as the clear leader in sales transactions of deals worth more than $1 million for Manalapan, Delray Beach, Ocean Ridge, Gulf Stream, Highland Beach and Boca Raton, the location of the Manalapan office fits in perfectly with our strategic growth northward in Palm Beach County,” said Scott Agran, President of Lang Realty. 

 

“We applaud Reback Realty for building a successful office in Manalapan that generated a sales volume of $130 million under the management of David Reback in just three years and we look forward to continuing that success and expanding our beachfront presence further north,” added Agran. 

 

In less than a year, Lang Realty has grown their Delray Beach location into a formidable office with over 60 top producing agents.  Last month, Lang announced the opening of a new office in Jupiter after the success of its Palm Beach Gardens office run by Sales Manager Doreen Nystrom.
