The Highland Beach chapter of UNICO National gathered for its May meeting, attended by special guests Dr. Frank and Linda DeFrank. Dr. DeFrank addressed members and presented Frank LoRe Jr., the chapter’s district governor, with a 25-year pin. Keynote speaker was Rita Thrasher, founder of Boca Raton’s Promise, a mental health nonprofit that received a $1,000 donation.
