(Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.) - Mardi Gras is not quite over at Devonshire at PGA National!

On Sunday, February 22, two of the community's chefs will prepare a jazz-inspired menu for residents of the retirement community in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.  Karl Ellington and William Travis Scholes, chefs at Devonshire, will prepare three courses of delicious cuisine to be served alongside the musical styling's of a jazz trio.

"The response from the residents has been overwhelmingly positive," said Randall Turner, the Director of Culinary Services at Devonshire.

This is the first of a series of four special culinary themed-events in 2015 created, planned, and prepared by members of the culinary staff.  Here is what the gourmet meal will include:
