In Gulf Stream and other surrounding areas that are served by the Coastal Star, I have noticed a need for dependable, honest property management for condominiums, coops and estates. Growing up in my grandparents home in Manalapan, I always noticed a need for property management that the residents could trust when they are away from their home. Working in Gulf Stream, I have gotten to know many residents and have had the pleasure of helping them with their homes. I own Coastal Property Management (not related to the Coastal Star) and have built my reputation from years of excellent, honest and dependable service. I manage smaller co-ops in the area as well as estates and pride myself on always being there when I am needed. I like to be involved with all aspects of managing a property from contracting/screening service personel to obtaining bids and day to day upkeep of the properties to which I am entrusted.
I would love to help anyone else that I am able to help with property management. I will not take on a property that I will not be able to give the full attention it deserves.
