Wednesday - 1/16 - The Market Tour: A Journey into Local Ethnic and Specialty Markets with Roberta Sabban - Presented as part of the Campus On The Lake Lecture Series at the Society of The Four Arts, Walter S. Gubelmann Auditorium, 2 Four Arts Plaza, Palm Beach. Find out where Four Arts culinary master Roberta Sabban “gets her goods.” The tour stops are: Don Victorio, El Bodagon, The Indian Bazaar and Cod and Capers, where a luncheon featuring “gifts from the sea” will be served.
