Topic: World events – The relationship between Israel and China
Jerry Cooke has been involved in various aspects of the international world for over three decades. He was an attorney at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and later with the Department of Defense. He actively negotiated agreements with the governments of our NATO allies, and with Japan, Russia, and the State of Israel. Jerry developed an intense interest in China and embarked on the study of Chinese history and culture, concentrating on the political, military and economic challenges that the China poses for the United States. For the past seven years Jerry has been lecturing extensively about China at various venues in South Florida. His recent focus is on the relationship between Israel and China and is writing a book on that subject. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University and a law degree from George Washington University.
