In conjunction with The Florida Bar’s education initiative, Protect Florida Democracy, Devika L. Carr, Esq., will explore the process of amending Florida’s Constitution in her presentation, “Revising Florida’s Constitution.” Carr will explain how this process affects Floridians and help them understand the proposed amendments on the ballot in November 2018.
