The 2nd Maestro del Mar Chef Challenge will take place on July 22nd at the exclusive International Polo Club in Wellington. This is one of the most magnificent locations in the series. The backdrop and pool setting of the host Mallet Grille is sure to leave guests with a memorable evening. 

Your amazing chefs for Semi-Final #2 are Exec. Chef Clay Carnes from the Grille Fashion Cuisine, Chef William from Mallet Grille, Celebrity chef Bret Hauser known for his humble personality and tastebud satisfying dishes will be showcasing his talents for our guests and judges. Executive Chef Elmer Saravia representing BICE Ristorante on Palm Beach Island will be bringing is talents to Wellington to round up an all-star line up of culinary skills.
