For many of us, conflict is a regular part of life. At home, at work, in our communities, and all too often in politics and international relations. Unfortunately, it can lead to disastrous consequences if not handled properly, leaving us confused or angry, or both. Have you ever wondered what causes conflict and why sometimes you can resolve differences, and other times you cannot?  Brett Puterbaugh will be speaking and leading a discussion on this subject, giving insight into conflict and its sources, and how we can better resolve the conflicts we face.

Brett studied Intercultural Peacebuilding at Brigham Young University-Hawaii and later obtained a Masters in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law. He has presented on this topic in various settings, including in his church – The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints—where he helps oversee and administer to congregations throughout Palm Beach County.
